When we set the action “start instance” on auto-scale, it starts the VM and starts the process, everything is ok, but the instance machine doesn't stop, stay on. If the auto-scale isn't necessary, the instance machine should be powered off.

In auto-scale we have the action “Notify” but this action just notify, don’t tell which instance started or stopped. Is It possible to notify any action on auto-scale, when start an instance or stop an instance and send an email what instance is started or stopped?

Virtual Firewall service should be included in the Default Service tab so that the service provider can price the components. Option to allow approval-based provisioning flow. Display the Virtual Firewall service price when the end user opts for a purchase.

VM snapshots should be taken with disk and memory flag in both hypervisor level i.e., KVM and VMware. Restoration behaviour should be consistent and agnostic of hypervisors, i.e., either in powered on or in powered off states.

The current plan and catalogue builder flow is rudimentary and does not support easy discounting, bulk creation, bulk account tagging etc. An overhaul is required to be able to support the most common use cases.
